Upon arrival, I found the single-story bungalow to be perfectly clean with a private back patio, though the cooling in the room only kicked in after settling in. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly professional, accommodating, and respectful, and the design was top-notch. However, there were some upsells on items without my request. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, close to fashion square and within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The dining experience was outstanding, although the hot tub could have been cleaner. The service overall was exceptional, except for a small language barrier issue with a waitress.
